| Frequently Asked Questions – DC Gardner Training |
| |
| Q: |
What are the dates and location of the training courses that you run? |
| A: |
There are no fixed dates for the courses that we deliver, as every course is tailored to your needs. This means that you choose the location and the dates to suit the people who you would like to undertake training for. Our client base is global and we are extremely flexible about when the courses can run: we are pleased to run courses at week-ends or in the evenings. |

| Q: |
Can I see some typical course outlines? |
| A: |
We will be delighted to send you “generic” course outlines on any topic that we cover. These will typically be starting points for discussion. Please contact Henry Hely Hutchinson on hhutchin@dcgtraining.com or *44 20 7779 8903 for more information.

| Q: |
How do you tailor your training courses so that they fit clients’ needs exactly? |
| A: |
There are a number of activities that we like to undertake pre-course, in order to ensure that our trainer is fully aware of every aspect of your training needs before the course starts. These typically include pre-course conference calls with the sponsoring manager who has commissioned the course, and with sample participants. We also often use pre-course questionnaires which we ask each participant to complete. |

| Q: |
How quickly can you tailor a programme for us? |
| A: |
We are normally able to provide a training programme for your team within about two weeks of the original request to come in to assist. |

| Q: |
How does DC Gardner Training perform best? |
| A: |
We believe that our involvement is most effective when we develop a real partnership with our clients. In the case of several key clients, we have been delivering training for them for over a decade and this means that we understand their business very well. In these circumstances, our trainers become so much part of our client organisations that the participants on the various training courses might almost believe that our trainers are “internal” staff. |
| |
| Q: |
How long do courses typically last? |
| A: |
Depending on the topics and the nature of the audience, our training programmes typically last from half a day to five days, sometimes longer. Our average course length is two to three days. |
| |
| Q: |
How do you measure the effectiveness of the training that DC Gardner Training delivers? |
| A: |
As well as the usual course evaluation forms, we like to work with our clients to determine how pre- and post-course testing, and other measurements of Return on Investment, can be utilised to quantify the success of the training that we deliver. |
